During the recent Covid crisis I suffered from hearing loss, I have never had that problem. I had a Video consultation on the 6th May 2020, we discussed possible causes for the hearing loss. Finally on 5th August I was finally able to have a consultation with Mr Kelly at the Spire in Leeds, Mr Kelly was able to correctly diagnose and fully clear my blocked ear canals, marvellous and I walked out of the hospital a new woman. Very pleased and I will recommend Mr Kelly, thank you in my opinion he is a 5 star Physician. O

Excellent service throughout. My wife and I felt reassured and well informed regarding our sons procedure. Dr. Kelly was very knowledgable And made sure we were both comfortable beforehand. He is clearly good with children and we felt our son was in safe hands during the consultation and surgery. Was reassured post surgery we could approach Dr Kelly for aftercare advice/service if needed. Will definitely recommend.

My daughter had her operation (tympanoplasty/mastoidectomy) with Mr Kelly on the 19th March 2020. Her ear has healed lovely, very very intricate and well placed stitches, no signs of any infection throughout and she comments that finally her ear feels dry inside. The best news is that last week she could hear for the first time in that ear, we had a moment dancing in the kitchen. This is all thanks to Mr Kelly and his amazing talent. Finally, my daughter has had recurring ear infections all her life, she is very very wary of anyone (especially Doctors) going anywhere near her ears. Mr Kelly immediately put her at ease,, explained everything clearly and has such a fabulous empathetic manner - so you warm to him immediately. He was always very happy and smiley and also very reassuring that he would sort out her problem. In conclusion, top notch doctor, top class surgery!!!! what more could you want?

I had booked a consultation with Mr Gerard Kelly on the 6th April as I had a problem with tinnitus and dizziness. This had been ongoing since August the previous year to which I had seen a number of nurse practitioners, GP’s and doctors. As of the COVID-19 I was only allowed to have a telephone consultation which I was abit sceptical about as I’d of preferred a one to one consultation. I had a 30 minute telephone consultation with Mr Kelly to which he listened to everything I had to say about my symptoms which turned out to be exactly what I needed for my diagnosis. Mr Kelly seemed to listen in more detail about my symptoms, extremely knowledgeable and a lot more reassuring than I have had with my previous practitioners so if anything else goes wrong with my ears ( which I hope it doesn’t) I will be going straight back to Mr Kelly and can’t thank him enough.
